Safety Assessments

The recast EU Cosmetics Regulations EU No:1223/2009 make it a legal requirement that any importer/ “Responsible Person” of cosmetics manufactured outside the EU be in possession of a valid Cosmetic Product Safety Report meeting EU requirements, in exactly the same way as a product manufactured in the EU. This Report must be available prior to sale.
